| 摘 要： | 对免疫亲和层析净化高效液相色谱法测小麦中呕吐毒素含量的不确定度进行了评定。参照JJF 1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》和CNAS-GL006《化学分析中不确定度的评估指南》,分析测量过程中引入的不确定度分量,计算测量结果的不确定度。通过比较各分量,得出影响检测结果不确定度的主要因素是:试液浓度、精密度和回收率,相对标准不确定度为0.14、0.11和0.021。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the uncertainty of determination of deoxynivalenol by immunoaffinity chromatography was evaluated.Taking wheat as an example, referring to JJF1059.1-2012 Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement and CNAS-GL006 Guidance on Evaluating the uncertainty in chemical analysis, the uncertainty of measurement results is calculated by analyzing the uncertainty components introduced in the measurement process.By comparing the components, the main factors that affect the uncertainty of the test results are the concentration, precision and recovery.The relative standard uncertainties are 0.14,0.11 and 0.021. |
