摘    要:太秋是日本国立果树研究所杂交育成的中晚熟完全甜柿品种,2011年引入鲁中南地区试栽,多年观察表明,该品种适应性强,适应范围广,对砧木要求严格,平均单果重356.1 g,果肉橙黄色、肉质酥脆、口感爽甜,可溶性固形物含量15.7%,品质极佳。总结了太秋甜柿的生物学特性,概述了关键栽培技术。

Abstract:Taishuu(Diospyros kaki Thunb.)is a mid-late maturing sweet persimmon,originated from the cross between Fuyu and IIiG-16,which was bred by National Research Fruit Institute of Japan.Taishuu persimmon was introduced into central south Shandong in 2011.Years of cultivation observation showed that this variety had strong adaptability,range of application,and rigorous of rootstock.The average single fruit weight was 356.1 g.The flesh was orange,flaky and crispy.The soluble solids content was 15.7%.The flesh was juicy,sweet,palatable,aromatic and freestone.In this paper,the biological characteristics of Taishuu persimmon and the key points of cultivation were summarized.
