| 摘 要： | 森林经营方案是国有林场科学经营森林的法定依据,为探索现代国有林场森林经营管理模式,提高森林经营水平,加快现代林业建设,充分发挥国有林场的骨干示范作用。依据丽水市白云山生态林场的森林资源现状,分析了森林资源特点,确定了林场经营方针和经营目标,编制了森林经营规划,提出了森林经营规划的重点。结果表明:在分类经营和森林可持续经营理论原则的指导下,规划下一经理期人工造林更新面积18701亩,规划幼林抚育97136亩/次,规划抚育间伐面积18366亩,规划采伐总量48709 m3,前3年年伐量4519 m3。由此严格地按照森林经营方案实施,至经理期末,森林蓄积量可提高10%以上,树种结构更趋合理,森林质量将得到有效提升,森林生态优势将得到良好发挥,林场生产生活条件将得到明显改善,可为国有林场科学经营提供参考。

| Abstract: | Forest management plan is the legal basis for scientific forest management in state-owned forest farms.In order to explore forest management mode of modern state-owned forest farms,improve forest management,accelerate construction of modern forestry and give full play to the demonstration role of state-owned forest farms,the paper determines the management policy and objectives of the forest farm,makes forest management plan and puts forward key points of the forest management planning based on current status of forest resources of Baiyun ecological forest farm in Lishui County of China.The results showed that the planned artificial afforestation renewal was 18701 mu,the planned young forest tending was 97136 mu/time,the planned intermediate cutting was 18366 mu,the planned total cutting was 48709 cubic meters,and the cutting amount in the previous three years was 4519 cubic meters in the next management period under the guidance of classification management and forest sustainable management theory.The results showed that the forest volume can be increased by more than 10%by the end of the management period in strict accordance with forest management plan.Additionally,tree species structure will be more reasonable,forest quality will be effectively improved,forest ecological advantages will be well played,forest production and living conditions will be significantly improved,which can provide reference for scientific management of national forest farms. |
