| 摘 要： | 原核期兔胚胎用微滴法分别在mDM液、TCM-199液和PBS液中进行培养,结果表明,发育到二细胞的百分率分别为96.95％(127/131),77.19％(44/57)和72.31％(47/65);发育到四细胞期的百分率分别为95.42％(125/131),64.91％(37/57)和63.08％(41/65);发育到八细胞期的百分率分别为84.73％(111/131),33.33％(19/57)和41.54％(27/65);发育到桑椹胚的百分率分别为67.94％(89/131),19.29(11/57)和23.08％(15/65)。以上结果说明:上述3种培养液中,改良DM液是把兔胚胎从原核期培养到桑椹胚的最佳培养液。

| Abstract: | The rabbit embryos in one-cell stage were cultured in mDM medium, TCM-199 medium and PBS medium respectively by using milli-drop method. The results showed that in the three media,the development rates of 2-cell stage were 96. 95% (127 / 131),77. 19%(44/57)and 72. 31%(47/65)respectively;the rates of 4-cell stage were 95. 42% (125/131),64. 91(37/57)and 63. 08%(41. 65)respectively(the rates of 8-cell stage were 84. 73%(111/131),33. 33%(19/57)and 41. 54%(27/65)respectively;the rates of morula stage were 67. 94%(89/131), 19. 29(11/57)and 23. 08% (15/65)respectively. The results demonstrated that the mDM medium was the optimal one,in which the rabbit embryos were able to develop from one-cell stage to morula stage successfully. |
