芒果离体幼叶在增强UV—B辐射处理下的损伤和保护反应

摘    要:以台农一号芒果盆栽苗离体幼叶为试材,研究增强UV—B辐射条件下芒果幼叶的损伤和保护反应。结果表明:UV—B辐射处理使芒果幼叶MDA含量和相对电导率升高、叶绿素含量和叶绿素a/h降低,且随处理时间的延长叶片损伤加重。UV—B辐射处理叶片可溶性蛋白含量、抗氧化酶(SOD、CAT)活性、保护色素(类胡萝卜素、类黄酮)和还原型GSH含量显著高于对照叶片,UV—B辐射处理叶片VtiC含量和POD活性显著低于对照叶片,表明增强UV—B辐射可诱导叶片细胞通过提高活性氧清除能力和积累保护色素来直接吸收部分UV—B辐射,从而提高抗增强UV—B辐射损伤的能力。

Abstract:Young leaves of mango potted young trees were used as materials to analysis the damages and protection response under the enhanced UV-B radiation. The results showed that the content of MDA and the relative conductivity increase, while the content of chlorophyll and the ratio of chlorophyll a/b decrease after UV-B treatment, and the enhanced UV-B radiation cause the damages of leaves, which would be worse with longer treatment period. The contents of soluble protein, activities of antioxidant enzymes (SOD, CAT), protective pigments (flavonodis, carotenoids) and reducd GSH of leaves treated with UV-B were higher than that of control group significantly, while the content of Vc and activities of POD were lower than that of control group significandy. These data indicated that enhanced UV-B radiation can induce the leaves to absorb part of the enhanced UV-B radiation and elevate its resistance against enhanced UV-B radiation in cells through intensifying the oxidant scavenging activities and accumulating protective pigments.
