皖西名优茶中Pb含量与土壤影响因素相关性分析

摘    要:运用SPSS软件对皖西名优茶叶和土壤样品中Pb的含量进行相关性分析。结果表明,茶叶中的Pb含量与土壤中的Pb含量相关系数在0.596~0.886,呈正相关关系;与土壤中的pH值相关系数在-0.941~-0.774,呈负相关关系,土壤中的Pb和土壤中的Cd、Zn和Ni元素含量呈负相关关系。在此研究的基础上提出茶叶中Pb污染相关性研究的建议。

Abstract:Pb content in tea leaf and its affecting factor in soft was analysed by using SPSS. The results showed that.correlation coefficient of the Pb content between tea leaf and its growth soil was from 0.596 to 0.886, revealing the positive correlation. But the correlation coefficient of the Pb content between tea leaf and its growth soil pH value was from -0.941 - -0.774, revealing the negative correlation. At the same, correlation between the Pb content soft and Zn,Ni,Cd in growth was negative. Some suggestions about Pb pollution of tea were put forward.
