玉米幼胚组织培养褐化发生因素的研究

摘    要:以5个不同基因型玉米为材料,对影响玉米幼胚组织培养褐化发生的因素进行了初步研究。结果表明,基因型不同的材料发生褐化的程度不同。参试材料以沈农糯玉米和白糯1号褐化率较低;培养基添加20 g/L甘露醇后褐化率由高于30%降到10%以下;培养温度为24~25℃时,幼胚褐化率最低。

Abstract:5 different genotypes of maize varieties were used as materials in the study.The results indicated the browning rate was different because of different genotype materials.The browning rates of Shennong Nuo maize and Bainuo No.1 were lower than those of other materials.The browning rate dropped to lower than 10% from higher than 30% with 20 g/L D-Mannitol added in the medium.The browning rate of maize immature embryo was the lowest while the temperature was 24~25 ℃ in the tissue culture.
