摘    要:柴油机燃油喷射系统的各主要零件工作异常,会在高压油路中的燃油压力波形上反映出来,检测高压油管内的燃油压力波形是一种有效诊断燃油喷射系统故障的方法。本文通过对压力波形信号的小波分解提取特征参数,并将特征参数作为输入层变量,建立BP神经网络进行快速故障诊断。

Abstract:The fault of diesel engine fuel injection system can be reflected by the fuel pressure wave in high pressure fuel pipe. By the using of discrete wavelet transform of pressure wave, 6 characteristic parameters in time-domains can be identified by low frequency component, 2 characteristic parameters of low frequency energy factor and high frequency energy factor in frequency-domains can be acquired through calculating low frequency factor wave and high frequency factor wave. The fault codes can be acquired through BP ANN which takes the 8 characteristic parameters as input variable.
