| 摘 要： | 针对农业工程类农业电气化与自动化专业本科大学生在工作后创新能力较低的现象,认真调查研究,设计了一套对农业工程类农业电气化与自动化专业本科大学生进行工程训练的方案.对原有的培养目标进行分析,对培养模式、课程体系和教学环节进行全面改革,在加强实践的过程中,培养学生的现代工程意识和创新精神.
