草鱼、鲤、鲢、鱅和尼罗非鲫淀粉酶的比较研究

摘    要:草鱼、鲤、鲢、鳙的肝胰脏和肠淀粒酶的最适pH值分别为6.4和6.4,6.4和6.4,7.2和6.8,7.2和6.8。草鱼、鲤和尼罗非鲫的肝胰脏淀粉酶活性明显高于肠淀粉酶(P<0.025),而鲢和鳙的肝胰脏淀粉酶活性明显比肠的低(P<0.05)。尼罗非鲫胃淀粉酶活性明显比肝胰脏和肠的低(P<0.005)。5种鱼的肝胰脏淀粉酶活性由高到低的顺序为:草鱼、鲤>尼罗非鲫>鲢>鳙。草鱼和鲤肝胰脏淀粉酶活性分别是尼罗非鲫、鲢、鳙的2.6和7倍。肠淀粉酶活性由高到低的顺序为:尼罗非鲫>草鱼>鲤>鲢>鳙。尼罗非鲫肠淀粉酶活性分别为草鱼、鲤、鲢、鳙的1.11、1.72、1.93、2.41倍。草鱼和鲤肠淀粉酶活性由前肠向后肠逐渐升高,鲢、鳙和尼罗非鲫中肠淀粉酶活性略高于前肠和后肠。

Abstract:The optimum pH for amylase activity were 6.4 and 6.4,6.4 and 6.4, 7.2 and 6.8,7.2 and 6.8 in the hepatopancreas and intestine of grass carp (Cteno-pharyngdon idellus C.et V.), common carp (eyprinus carpio L.), silver carp (Hypothalmithys molitrix C. et V.) and bighead carp (Aristichys noblis Rich-ardsou)respectively. The amylase activity was much higher (P0.025) in the hepatopancreas of grass carp, common carp and Tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) than that in the intestine.The amyiase activity was significantly lower in the stomach of tilapia than that in its hepatopancreas and intestine (P0.025). Among the five species, the amylase activities in hepatopancreas ranged from high to low: grass carp, common carp>tilapia>silver carp>bighead carp. In grass carp and common carp, the amylase activities in hepatopancreas were as double, 2.6 and 7 times high as those in tilapia, silver carp and bighead carp respectively. The magnitude of amylase activity in intestine was: tilapia>grass carp>common carp>silver carp>bighead carp. In tilapia, the amylase activity was 0.11, 0.72, 0.93 and 1.41 times higher than that in grass carp, common carp, silver carp and bighead carp respectively. The amylase activity appeared to increase from proximal to distal intestines in grass carp and common carp. For silver carp and tilapia, the highest amylase activity was found in the central part of intestine. The optimum pH and the intensity of amylase activity were discussed on the basis of our results and other related articles.
