| 摘 要： | 森林生态系统价值尚未形成成熟的评价方法。谢高地等基于Costanza的方法创建了当量因子法,中国林业科学院森林生态环境与保护研究所创建了LY/T1721-2008评估规范。以安徽池州市境内的秋浦河河源森林生态系统为例,以2007年为基准年,用两种方法计算其生态服务价值分别为11 330.92,49 369.59万元。创建背景不同,方法不同,指标类型以及参数选取不同等是导致评估结果相差甚远的主要原因。当量因子评估法依条件价值法为机理而创立,较客观地体现了人们的主观支付意愿,但粗略、宽泛;LY/T1721-2008评估法测重于理论研究,细致、准确但离人们的支付意愿相差较大。
