| 摘 要： | 某鹌鹑养殖场有部分产蛋鹌鹑发病,病鹌鹑在死前无特别明显的临床症状。对病(死)鹌鹑作病理剖检后取9羽鹌鹑内脏及脑进行实验室诊断,分别做细菌学检验和病毒学检验,结果显示:通过细菌学检验从病料中分离的分离物多为大肠杆菌,另外分离到少数克雷伯氏菌;通过病毒学检验分离到的病毒能与鸡红细胞发生血凝并能被新城疫病毒阳性血清所抑制。因此,该次病例由病毒与细菌混合感染所致。

| Abstract: | Some quails in a quail plant were in illness.Sick quails had no specilly obvious clinical symptom before death.After making pathological test of sick or died quails,fetching nine quails’ viscera and brain to diagnose on the laboratory,then did bacteriology examination and virology examination,respectively.The results showed that it could be isolated most of E.coli from disease materials through bacteriology test and could be isolated virus through virology test.There were also a few Klebsiella.The virus could agglutinate the chicken red cells and could be suppressed by positive blood serum of NDV.Therefore,this case was resulted from virul and bacterium mixed infection. |
