| 摘 要： | 甘蔗病害是制约甘蔗产业稳定可持续发展的主要因素之一,而病害检测在甘蔗育种、健康种苗繁育以及植物检疫等方面起着重要的作用.文章综述了PCR技术在甘蔗真菌性病害、细菌性病害、病毒性病害以及植原体病害检测中的应用概况,并列出相应的检测引物,为相关科研人员检测甘蔗病害提供参考.
