| 摘 要： | 加强农科大学生的创新素质教育,培养农科创新人才,是关系到振兴我国农业经济、实现跨世纪的农业宏伟战略目标的重要问题。为加强农科大学生创新素质的培养,对影响农科大学生创新素质培养的原因进行了分析,并从更新教育观念、建设创新性的高校文化、大力培养大学生的人文精神和人文素质、加强创新性的科研实践活动等4个方面入手,对这一问题进行了系统的论述。

| Abstract: | It is an important point to promote agricultural economy of our country and realize the magnificent agricultural strategy of striding into the new century that strengthening education of agricultural university students' quality of innovation and training agricultural personnel of innovation.To strengthen agricultural university students' quality of innovation,we must analyse correctly the reasons which influence the agricultural university students' quality of innovation and putting forward effective measures.This paper will discuss this question from the following four aspects: renewing educational concept,setting up innovative university culture,developing humanistic spirit and quality and strengthening innovative scientific practical activities. |
