| 摘 要： | 健美操已成为当今女大学生的一种时尚运动,在校园内很受欢迎。针对普通高校健美操专项课的教学现状,以＂阳光体育运动＂总体要求为指导思想,对普通高校健美操专项课的教学目的、内容、方法、手段以及评价方式等方面的改革与发展进行了探讨,提高普通高校健美操专项课的教学质量。

| Abstract: | The aerobics have become a fashionable sport among today′s college girls and are quite popular in campus.In view of the status quo of aerobics teaching in general university,and depending on Sunshine Sports′ general demand and as the guiding ideology,this article discussed on the reform and development of college aerobics teaching in teaching aim,contents,method,means and evaluation method etc to improve college aerobics teaching. |
