摘    要:研究了乙酸对小麦种子萌发的影响。结果表明:乙酸对小麦种子萌发有明显的抑制作用。乙酸浓度为0.015mol/L时,萌发抑制率为50%;0.025mol/L时,抑制萌发率可达90%;当乙酸浓度达到0.030mol/L时,可完全抑制麦种的萌发。乙酸对小麦胚根的抑制高于对胚芽的抑制,不同浓度胚芽长度为对照的10%~83%,而胚根长度只为对照的5%~82%。处理72h,对照的发根数已经具有5条,而乙酸不同处理的发根只有0~3条。随着乙酸浓度的增加,主胚根长度、胚芽长度、发根数和α-淀粉酶活性均呈下降趋势。

Abstract:Effects of acetic acids on the germination of vheat were studied. Results showed that acetic acid significantly inhibited the germination of wheat. The germination of wheat was inhib ited by 50%, 90% and 100%, respectively, with the acetic acid concentration of 0.015 mol/L,0. 025 mol/L and 0. 030 mol/L. The inhibition was more significant on radicle than on plantule. Under the same acetic acid conditions, the length of plantule was 10%~83% that of the control; while the length of radicle was only 5%~82% that of the control. Seventy-two hours after the treatment, 5 roots developed from the control plants; while only 0~3 roots developed from plants treated with acetic acid of various concentrations. With the increase of acetic acid concentration, the length of the radicle, the length of the plantule, the number of root and α-amylase activity decreased.
