| 摘 要： | 油茶是我国特有的油料树种,也是世界四大木本食用油料树种之一,具有极高的营养价值,长期食用具有很好的医疗保健作用,广东省发展油茶产业不仅能提高广东省粮油自给率,缓解粮油争地的矛盾,还能增加生态效益提高林地的使用价值。

| Abstract: | Camellia oleifera,is a unique woody oil tree species of the upper nutritive value and medical care function in China,which is one of four woody edible oil tree in the world.The development of Camellia oleifera industry not only improves self supply rate of grain and oil,but also mitigates the contradiction of rice and oil in Guangdong.The industry increases ecological benefit and the use value of forest land. |
