摘    要:为了分析摘脱装置对谷物茎秆的作用过程,定义了最大摘脱长度,有效摘脱范围,喂入摘脱长度,有效摘脱次数等概念,在一定假设的基础上,分别建立了它们的数学模型。这些数学模型摘脱装置的结构参数和运动参数对摘脱过程的影响规律,可用于摘脱装置的参数设计。

Abstract:In order to analyze the mechanism of stripper on straws, the maximum stripping length, the effective stripping region, the feed in stripping length and the effective stripping times are defined. The maximum stripping length indicates the suitability of stripping for uniform grain height. The effective stripping region is related to shatter losses. The feed in stripping length is most favorable situation for stripping. Necessary stripping times should be considered during stripping. Basing on some hypotheses, their mathematical models are constructed. The mathematical models can be used in analysis and design of a stripper.
