| 摘 要： | 以野生玫瑰和栽培玫瑰的1年生扦插苗为试材,分析不同浓度NaCl胁迫下玫瑰叶绿素含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量及膜透性,并对野生玫瑰和栽培玫瑰间的差异进行比较。结果表明:盐胁迫对玫瑰叶绿素含量,膜透性及MDA含量均产生了不同程度的影响。随着盐浓度的增加,叶绿素含量先增加后减少;MDA含量增加,其中玫瑰品种‘紫雁’增加幅度较大;膜透性随盐浓度的增加呈增大趋势,其中‘紫雁’的增加幅度相对较大。综合分析表明野生玫瑰的抗盐碱能力比‘紫雁’强。
