| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种适用于甘蔗切碎加工的小型切碎机的结构和性能特点，对其切削原理及工作过程进行了分析，提出了影响甘蔗切碎机切削性能的主要因素。通过对主要部件刀辊工作参数的试验及分析，确定了刀辊最佳工作参数，使机器性能达到最佳工作状态。

| Abstract: | The article introduces the structures and characteristics of a small-scale chopper that is suitable for chopping sugarcane. The chopping principle and working process were analyzed. The main factors affecting chopping performance of this machine were pointed out. Through the test and analysis of the parameters of the main working part, cutter roll, the article presents a set of the best working parameters that assure the machine to reach the best performance. |
