| 摘 要： | 以大花君子兰Clivia miniata为试验材料,研究君子兰花期的划分及花蕾与花粉发育的关系。结果表明:君子兰花期划分为现蕾期、含蕾期、始开期、盛开期、凋谢期5个时期。含蕾期到始开期早期的花蕾中花粉处于单核至单核晚期,在这个时期花被片尖端可见少量桃红色,花被包裹的紧实度逐渐变得松散,但花冠还未张开。含蕾期到始开期早期是小孢子培养的最佳取样时间。

Flowering Stages and Relationship Between Florescence and Pollen Development of Clivia miniata |

| Abstract: | Floweringstages and relationship between the bud and pollen developments of Cliviaminiatawere studied . The results showed thatthe florescenceof the floral plant could be divided into 5 distinctive stages :squaring ,flower budding ,opening , fully opening , and withering . From the flower budding to the early opening stage , the pollenswere monocytes with the tegals in peachy pink color . At the time ,the buds began to loose up but yet to open widely ,it was considered the best time forsampling microspore culture on the plant . |
