| 摘 要： | 省属公益类农业科研院所是福建省属公益类科研院所的重要组成部分,是区域农业科研机构的重要力量之一.该文在调查研究福建省"十二五"时期该类院所科技创新人才发展现状基础上,应用L-Q灰色预测模型,预测"十三五"时期各类型科技创新人才的需求,检验结果表明:该模型合理,方法简单可行,结果符合实际;并在预测的基础上提出促进福建省属公益类农业科研院所科技创新人才发展的对策建议.

Investigation on the scientific innovative talent of public agricultural research institutionin Fujian and its requirement prediction |

| Abstract: | Provincial public agricultural research institution, the important part of public research institution in Fujian, is also the important power of regional agricultural research institution.By analyzing the developing status of the scientific innovative talent during "the 12th Five-year", the requirement of all types of scientific innovative talents during "the 13th Five-year" were predicted with L-Q grey prediction model.The results showed that the grey prediction model was reasonable, and the analyzing way was feasible, making the prediction results could be in accord with the fact.Based on the prediction results, countermeasures for the development of scientific innovative talent of Fujian public agricultural research institutions were put forward. |
