| 摘 要： | 结合课题研究，系统报道了在水稻（籼稻）花药培养及育种应用上取得的主要研究结果与进展。为提高籼稻花培效率，对接种材料作低温预处理和后处理以及激素预处理，研制和筛选出适合籼稻花培的ＭＮ培养基，进行激素配比，氨基酸调整及附加氯化钙、硝酸银、氯化胆碱和脱落酸等试验效果明显。选育出花培新品种“朝花矮”并应用于生产。从籼型杂交稻组合培育出“汕花２５１”等１５个“似亲”或“超亲”品系。对花培纯系与供体亲本的遗传分析和生理生化测定获得初步结果。展望水稻花培在光（温）敏核不育水稻及两系杂交稻上的应用前景。
