图书馆的人力资源管理探析

摘    要:在图书馆的各组成要素中,人是第一要素。通过有效的人力资源管理来最大限度地挖掘人力资源的发展潜力,是当代图书馆提高管理水平和竞争力,建立核心优势的必要手段。本文分析了人力资源的特征,阐述了图书馆人力资源管理的内涵,提出图书馆人力资源管理应树立“以人为本”的管理理念。

Abstract:Human is the most important element among all components in a library while people are the primary essential element. It is a necessary means to improve management level and competitiveness of modern library and establish nucleus advantages through maximum mining the development potential of human power resources by effective manpower resource management. The paper analyses the characteristics of human resource and expounded the intension of human resource management of library, and put forward the management logos that human resource management should be based on "humanism" for library.
