摘    要:本研究用来源于马来西亚的普通野生稻(IRGC-105491)与珍汕97B杂交并回交构建148个株系的高代回交群体(BC_2F_4),用152个均匀分布的SSR标记构建了分子遗传连锁图,其图谱长为1 342.1 cM,相邻标记间距为8.8 cM.利用该群体检测定位到影响株高、生育期、穗数、穗长及千粒重、粒长、粒宽等农艺性状的27个QTL;在这些QTL中约有59%有利基因来源于野生稻.野生稻中有利基因的发掘和利用将为分子标记辅助培育水稻新品种奠定基础.

Abstract:An advanced backcross(AB) population(BC_2F_4) was developed by successive backcrossing between the common wild rice(IRGC-105491) from Malaysia as donor parent, and the elite Chinese variety Zhenshan97B as recurrent parent. A genetic linkage map with 152 SSR markers covering the genome of 1 342. 1 cM,with an average interval of 8. 8 cM was constructed for QTL mapping using the AB population. One segregation distortion hot spot is found on chromosome 1. Twenty-seven QTLs are identified for 8 agronomic traits such as plant height, heading date, panicle number, panicle length, 1000-grain weight, grain length and width, among them about 59 % favorable alleles are from the wild rice. The results will provide a good foundation for molecular assisted transferring the desirable alleles from the wild relatives in rice breeding.
