摘    要:在管理学经典理论中,“x理论”与“y理论”似乎是矛盾的,基于两种理论假设前提,大胆分析,从人本角度入手,分层次地引入激励理论,使大家清晰地看到两种理论在人的职业生涯中的影响作用,试图建立一种联系,应用于现实工作中。

Abstract:In the management classical theory,"x theory" and "y theory" seem to be contradictory,this text supposes the prerequisite on the basis of two kinds of theories,bold analysis,this angle is started with,introduce the motivational theory dividing the level from people,and is pursued to prove,make everybody see the influence function of two kinds of theories in the person's career clearly,attempt to establish a kind of connection,apply to the practical work.
