摘    要:以安徽农业大学茶业系品种园的安农早抗 1号为材料 ,稀土处理后测定不同部位叶片中酶活性 ,并与对照相比较 ,结果表明 :稀土处理的茶树谷氨酸脱氢酶、过氧化物酶、多酚氧化酶及肽酶在第 1叶位的活性、总活性均得到提高 ;而在第 4叶及老叶部位酶活性与对照相比未呈现规律性。第 1叶位中酶活性的提高 ,有利于茶树经济性状的改善 ,这可能是茶园喷施稀土肥料的增产提质机理之一。

Abstract:The enzyme activities in various leaves of tea plant from Zaokang No.1 were estimated in order to explain the physiological effects of Rare-Earth, which was spraied on tea plants. Results showed that some enzyme activities, such as Glutamate Dehydrogenase(GDH), Peroxide(POD), Polyphenol oxidase (PPO)and Peptidase, in the leaf on the first position and total enzyme activities apparently rose.The changes of enzyme activity in the leaf on the fourth position and in the elder leaves were irregular.The enzyme activity risen by the application of RE in the first leaf may benefit to tea quality.
