| 摘 要： | 水产品是饮食结构中的重要组成部分,但其质量却频频出现问题,如何保证水产品质量,成为当前水产品安全领域急需解决的问题。通过对河北省水产品养殖单位的调研,找出水产品质量安全隐患的症结,从＂防＂、＂认＂、＂检＂、＂罚＂四个角度,建立了基于供应链的水产品的质量安全控制体系,保证水产品质量安全。

| Abstract: | Aquatic products is an important part of the diet structure,but its quality has frequently appeared problems.It’s has become the urgent need to solve that how,how to ensure the quality of aquatic products.The article find out the crux of the aquatic product quality safety problems.We build up aquatic products quality and safety control system based on the supply chain,to ensure the quality and safety of aquatic products from the four angle of "prevention","authentication","check","punishment". |
