柚皮中黄酮物质的提取及测定

摘    要:通过正交试验对柚皮中黄酮类物质的提取工艺参数进行优化。试验表明,碱法提取柚皮中黄酮物质,其最佳工艺条件为:固液比为1∶30,提取温度为50℃,提取时间为150 min,此时总黄酮的提取率为8.95%,显色时间在40 min内。该方法操作简单、成本较低、效率较高,可以广泛应用于柚皮中黄酮类化合物的提取和测定。

Abstract:The orthogonal experiment is used in the optimization of technological parameters in this research.The results show that the optimum conditions of alkali extraction on flavonoids are solid-liquid ratio 1∶30,temperature 50 ℃,time 150 min.The extraction rate of total flavonoids is 8.95%,and the absorbency time is stable within 40 min.The method has an extensive using in extraction and determination of flavonoids,as lower cost and higher efficiency.
