超声波辅助提取板栗壳色素工艺的研究

摘    要:研究了提取溶剂浓度、提取时间、料液比和温度对板栗壳色素提取效果的影响。采用响应曲面法,对超声波提取板栗壳色素进行了工艺优化设计,建立了超声波提取板栗壳色素的二次多项数学模型,探讨了主要因素的影响效应及其交互作用,确定了提取的最佳工艺条件:温度54℃,乙醇体积分数39%,料液比1∶34。

Abstract:The extraction effects of reagent concentration,extraction time,ratio of solid to liquid and extraction temperature of the chestnut shell pigment are studied in this experiment.All experiments are designed and optimized with response surface methodology(RSM).A second order quadratic equation for chestnut shell pigment extraction is built.The effect of main factors and their corresponding relationships are studied.The optimum conditions of the variables are determined that:temperature is 54 ℃,alcohol concentration is 39%,ratio of solid to liquid is 1∶34.
