| Abstract: | The current status and the development of library collections of information resources were analyzed in Hunan Agricultural University.Based on the existing problems,the basic principles such as scientific,practical,systematic,particular and effective principle were pointed out,which should be followed in the construction of information resources to ensure a reasonable structure of information resources of library collections. |
