货车驾驶室结构有限元模型的动力修改

摘    要:应用CATIA软件建立了轻型货车驾驶室的三维CAD模型,通过接口程序输入ANSYS软件中,对模型进行适当的修改,以进行模型的离散化。对模型的材料、实常数以及约束情况等进行定义后,利用ANSYS提供的求解器进行计算,可以得到模型的各阶模态参数。简要介绍了结构有限元模型的"设计参数修改法",并对驾驶室有限元模型进行了动力修改。计算和分析结果表明,利用设计参数修改后的有限元模型能够比较准确地反映结构动态特性。

Abstract:Three-dimension CAD model of an operator cabin was built with CATIA software.The model has been inputted into ANSYS through an interface program.After modified properly,the model was meshed.The ANSYS solver was launched to calculate the model in order to get the modal parameters.Then,"design parameter modifying method" of structural finite element model was introduced briefly.On the basis of that,the finite element model of the operator cabin was modified dynamically.The calculation and analysis result showed that the finite element model modified with this method was able to reflect the structural dynamic characteristics accurately and that this method possesses excellent reliability.
