摘    要:以3种不同类型的甜瓜新鲜花粉为试材,采用了正交试验L9(34)研究供体基因型、萌发温度、蔗糖浓度和硼酸浓度对花粉萌发和伸长的影响,建立了甜瓜花粉离体萌发适宜条件.试验结果表明,温度对花粉萌发和生长影响最大,硼酸浓度次之,基因型影响最小.甜瓜花粉离体萌发适宜条件为:温度25℃、15%蔗糖、0.4 g/L硼酸.

Abstract:Orthogonal experiment L9 (34) was applied to study the effects of genotype of mother plant, temperature, sucorse and boric acid concentration on pollen germination and growth using fresh pollens of three various melon (Cucumis melo) as experimental materials, and optimal conditions for melon pollen germination and growth were established here.
