| 摘 要： | 用四种染色方法显示四头猪胃肠道四类内分泌细胞的分布密度。Grimelius阳性反应细胞和Hellerstrom-Hellman阳性反应细胞的数量远远多于Masson-Hamperl-Singh阳性反应细胞和铅苏木素阳性反应细胞。这四类细胞在胃肠道均有分布,但主要集中于胃和十二指肠。

| Abstract: | Four staining methods revealed the density distribution of four groups of endocrinecells in the gastrointestinal tract of four pigs. There were many more Grimelius reactiveand Hellerstrom-Hellman reactive cells than Masson-Hamperl-Singh reactive and leadhematoxylin reactive cells. The four groups of cells were seen throughout the gastro-intestinal tract. But they mainly distributed in the stomach and duodenum. |
