西农11号亲本穗分化规律及在制种中的应用

摘    要:通过对玉米杂交种西农 1 1号的亲本 WN11与西黄改进行的播期试验和雌、雄穗分化观察 ,掌握了两个自交系的穗分化及吐丝、散粉规律 ,明确了自交系 WN11雌雄不协调及西农 1 1号正、反交制种均需先播母本的内在原因 ,确定了西农 1 1号正、反交制种播期调节及花期预测的叶龄指标。

Abstract:Through experiment of planting dates and observation of reproductive organ differentiation,the laws that govern the reproductive organ differentiation, silk emergence and pollen shedding of the two parental inbred lines of Xinong 11 in seed multiplication of Xinong 11 by reciprocal crossings have been found out and thus the reason why the female and male reprodutive organs of WN 11 do not differentiate synchronously in their development and why the female parent should be planted earlier than the male parent in seed multiplication of Xinong 11 have been clarified;Meanwhile, the leaf age indices to predict the planting and flowering dates have been confirmed in seed multiplication of Xinog 11 by reciprocal crossings.
