电感耦合等离子质谱法测定甘蔗汁中重金属的研究

摘    要:目的]研究电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定甘蔗汁中的有害重金属元素。方法]选取甘蔗汁作为研究对象,经硝酸体系进行电热板消解后,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP—MS)对甘蔗汁中铜、铅、锌、镉4种有害重金属元素进行定量分析。结果]研究表明,测定结果的相对标准偏差均在10%以下,各有害重金属元素的加标回收率为92%~103%。结论]该方法简便、快速、准确,适合用于测定甘蔗汁中的微量重金属元素,同时可为分析含有机质高、糖分高、黏稠的样品提供技术参考。

Determination of Heavy Metals in Sugar Cane Juice by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry

Abstract: Objective ] To determine harmful heavy metal elements in sugar cane juice by ICP-MS method. Method ] Sugar cane juice was decomposed by the nitric acid system for electric heating plate digestion, 4 kinds of harmful heavy metals such as copper, lead, zinc, cadmium were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). Result] The experimental results indicated that the RSD 〈 10% , the recovery rate of standard addition is 92% - 103%. Conclusion] The method is simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate, which can meet the demand for trace heavy metal elements analysis in sugar cane juice samples, and provide technical reference for sample analysis with high organic matter, sugar and proper consistency.
