| 摘 要： | 生活垃圾分类回收是对垃圾集中收集处置传统方式的改革，分类回收能够实现生活垃圾减量化、无害化、资源化的目标。对我国城市生活垃圾处理现状进行了阐述，并对城市生活垃圾处理进行了国际比较，构建了我国城市生活垃圾分类回收的三维管理模式。
