| 摘 要： | 数字鸿沟问题是我国在构建和谐社会过程中所要面对和克服的重大问题,承担着传播文化和维护信息公平职能的图书馆,应为消除数字鸿沟努力。本文就此方面进行了分析并具体就图书馆可采取人文关怀的方式消除数字鸿沟提出一些想法。
