| 摘 要： | 以选自尾叶桉第1代种子园的72个优良家系为研究材料,对它们10年生树高、胸径、材积、树皮厚度、木材密度指数进行了遗传差异分析和遗传力估算。结果表明:研究的所有性状在家系母本的种源间、家系间均存在非常显著的差异;平均胸径、树高、单株材积分别为:16.85cm、14.16m、0.117m3,平均树皮厚度和木材密度指数分别为0.93cm和28.23;胸径、树高和材积的单株遗传力在0.142～0.174之间,树皮厚度和木材密度指数的遗传力分别为0.061和0.143。从中筛选出17567、16682、17565为优良种源,109、121、97、103等家系为优良家系。

| Abstract: | 72 families selected from 1st generation E.urophylla seed orchard were studied,whose morthers were from 15 provenances.Genetic variation and heritability were established for their 10-year-old DBH,Ht,stem volume,bark thickness and wood density index.The reuslts showed that there were very significant differences between provenances and between families for all the traits studied here.The means of 10-year-old DBH,Ht and stem volume were 16.85 cm,14.16 m and 0.117 m3 respectively.Mean bark thickness and wood ... |
