| 摘 要： | 以女贞(Ligustrum lucidum Ait)籽油为材料,采用固体催化法制备生物柴油,测定柱层析纯化的女贞籽油皂化值和酸值,研究固体硅酸钠催化剂的制备工艺和性能,并测定生物柴油组成。结果显示,纯化女贞籽油皂化值为173.43mg/g,酸值为0.45mg/g,制备的生物柴油主要成分为油酸甲酯、亚油酸甲酯、棕榈酸甲酯和硬脂酸甲酯。固体硅酸钠催化剂最佳制备工艺条件为煅烧温度550℃,煅烧时间1h,粒度80目。此条件下制备的催化剂,催化女贞籽油反应转化率超过96%。固体硅酸钠至少可重复利用5次。

| Abstract: | To prepare biodiesel from Ligustrum lucidum Ait seeds oil by solid Na2SiO3 catalyst,the saponification value and acid value of the oil were measured.The process of preparing solid Na2SiO3 catalyst and its property was studied.At last the composition of the biodiesel was determined as well.Ligustrum lucidum Ait oil,purified by a neutral alumina column chromatography showing a saponification value of 173.43 mg/g,and an acid value of 0.45 mg/g.And the biodiesel is mainly consisted of methyl oleate,linoleic aci... |
