观赏凤梨光合特性的研究

摘    要:利用LI-6400光合作用仪研究了两个观赏凤梨品种红星(Guzmania ‘Rana’)和丹尼斯(Guzmania ‘Denise’) 叶片净光合速率的日变化规律及其光响应和CO2响应特性。结果表明,两个品种净光合速率的日变化曲线均为双峰型,且红星的净光合速率在全天都高于丹尼斯。高温、强光引起的气孔部分关闭及光抑制是导致观赏凤梨光合“午休”现象的主要原因。丹尼斯的光补偿点和光饱和点都高于红星,但其表观量子效率和暗呼吸速率都远小于红星。二者的CO2补偿点比较接近,但红星的CO2饱合点显著高于丹尼斯。红星在CO2饱合点的净光合速率远大于丹尼斯,但二者的羧化效率相同。最后依据本研究的结论,为合理安排生产实践提出了一些建议。

Abstract:To exploring the photosynthesis characteristics of two Guzmania varieties‘Guzmania‘Rana’’and‘Guzmania Denise’and providing scientific base for variety selection,cultivation management andenvironment control,diurnal change of net photosynthetic rate and light response,CO2 response of the two Guzmania varieties were studied using LI-6400 Portable Photosynthesis System.The results showed that the diurnal change of net photosynthetic rate presented a double peak curve with Rana higher than Denise.The"midday depression"of Guzmania could be attributed to the high temperature and radiation,which caused the partly closure of stomata and inhibition of photosynthesis.Denise had higher light saturation point and light compensation point than Rana,however its apparent quantum efficiency and dark respiration rate were lower.The CO2compensation point of Rana was close to that of Denise,while its CO2saturation point was higher than Denise’s.The net photosynthetic rate of Rana at CO2saturation point was higher than that of Denise significantly,whereas they had the same carboxylation efficiency.Finally a few of suggestions were put forward for arranging the commercial production based on the results of this research.
