摘    要:在盆栽和水培试验条件下,对两种钾营养水平下不同水稻品种部分生理生化特性的差异进行了研究.结果表明,与不耐低钾品种相比,早稻耐低钾品种具有较高的叶绿素含量、硝酸还原酶活性、游离氨基酸酸总量、可溶性糖含量等特点.晚稻耐低钾品种在游离氨基酸总量、硝酸还原酶活性、过氧化氢酶活性等方面比不耐低钾品种强,而在叶绿素、可溶性糖含量上则较低.在低钾胁迫下,早稻耐低钾品种对钾离子的亲和力明显高于不耐低钾品种,晚稻两品种间对钾离子的亲和力无明显差异.同时还表明早晚稻间也存在着基因型差异.

Abstract:The pot and water cultivated experiments were conducted to study the differences of the physiological-biochemical characteristics of 4 rice varieties under the K0 and K1 levels. The results showed that "Qingwangqiu", an early rice variety which is not sensitive to potassium deficiency, had some properties of higher Chl content, higher nitrate reductase activity, higher free amino acid and higher content of water-soluble sugars, compared with the variety "Xinanzaoxuan", sensitive to potassium deficiency. Meanwhile, the second rice "Guichao13" had higher free amino acid, higher nitrate reductase activity, and higher catalase activity than those of "Bairihuang". Under the condition of potassium deficiency, the variety with stronger tolerance to low potassium stress had a higher appetency to potassium. The result also showed that there were significant genotype differences between early rice and second rice.
