| 摘 要： | 目的]为冬枣生产提供一种新型肥料，减少化肥和激素的用量。方法]将自制的水溶性、分子量为30000的壳聚糖，络合氮、磷、钾、腐殖酸及铁、锌、硼等微量元素以制成“枣丰素”，然后调查喷施“枣丰素”枣树的叶片生长和果实膨大状况。结果]100、150mg／kg“枣丰素”对冬枣叶片面积的增大效果显著，125mg／kg“枣丰素”对冬枣叶片面积、果实横径和纵径的增大效果极显著。喷施125mg／kg“枣丰素”的冬枣枣树的叶片厚度增幅最大。不同浓度“枣丰素”对冬枣叶片的增重效果相似。100mg／kg“枣丰素”对冬枣果实横径和纵径的增大效果显著，150mg／kg“枣丰素”对冬枣果实横径和纵径的增大效果不显著。结论]“枣丰素”叶面肥在绿色、无公害食品的生产中具有独特的优势。
