| 摘 要： | 随着生物技术的发展,微胶囊技术在生物领域有了新的研究进展。阐述了微胶囊技术在生物领域的进展,包括微胶囊化生物细胞的制备、微生物微胶囊的制备、超临界流体微胶囊化技术包埋酶和蛋白质以及微胶囊化生物活性物质。

| Abstract: | With the development of biotechnology,microcapsules techniques make new progress in biological field.In this paper,the advance of microcapsules techniques in biological field is stated,including the preparation of microencapsulated biological cells,microbial microcapsules,the encapsulation of enzyme and protein with microcapsules techniques of supercritical fluid,and the microcapsules of bioactive substances. |
