酸枣的组织培养与快繁

摘    要:用酸枣种仁在MS0培养基上培养无菌苗,然后接种在增殖培养基上增殖,再转接在生根培养基上生根。结果表明,适宜酸枣无菌苗高效增殖的培养基为MS BA1mg/L IBA0.2mg/L 蔗糖3%,在1/2MS IBA1.0mg/L 蔗糖2%生根培养基上暗培养10天,再转光下培养,无菌苗生根率为74.4%。

Abstract:The plantlets in vitro cultured with mature embryos of sour jujube on the medium MS 0 were transferred to multiplication medium to make shoots multiplied,afterwards transferred to a rooting medium to induce rooting.Results showed that the optimal multiplication medium was MS+BA 1mg/L+IBA 0.2mg/L+3%sucrose, and the proper rooting medium was 1/2MS+IBA 1.0mg/L+2%sucrose in dark for 7 days later under light,rooting rate reached 74.4%.
