| 摘 要： | 为了更好地规范检测过程和作业行为,实现监测过程的管控,进一步提高专卖品检测业务的服务和信息化水平,促进检测业务持续改进,基于J2EE技术开发了B/S架构的云南省烟草专卖品检测业务管理系统。系统包含门户层、移动应用服务层、应用层、数据层、公共服务平台层和业务支持平台层6层架构,集成了烟草专卖品检测业务从委托到报告发放的全流程信息要素,实现了检测业务全流程的检测和管控,并构建了检测全过程信息数据库,从委托审批到出具报告检测全过程的信息化档案。通过本系统,检测管理决策部门可以及实时掌握检测进展及结果,随时了解检测进度实情,实现检测全流程监测和管控。

Implementation of Management System for Monopolized Tobacco Product Inspection |

| Abstract: | In order to improve the standardized inspection procedure and operation behavior, to realize the control of the monitoring process, and to further upgrade the service and informationalized level of the tobacco monopoly products detection business, and to promote the continuous improvement of the detection business, a B/S-based Yunnan tobacco monopoly products detection business management system was developed based on J2EE technology. The system consisted of 6 layers: the portal layer, the mobile application service layer, the application layer, the data layer, the public service platform layer, and the business support platform layer. It integrated the whole process information elements of tobacco monopoly products testing business from entrustment to report issuance, realized the detection and control of the whole process of testing business, and constructed an information database of testing process, of which the information files were including the whole process from entrustment to report issuance. Through this system, the decision-making department of inspection management could grasp the progress and results of inspection in real time, know the truth progress of inspection at any time, realize the monitoring and control of the whole process of inspection. |
