应用SSR标记技术鉴定登海11号玉米杂交种纯度的研究

摘    要:以登海11号玉米杂交种及其亲本和9对玉米SSR位点引物为材料,筛选出了适合该杂交种纯度鉴定的SSR位点引物;并对利用幼苗和干种子为材料提取DNA的效果进行了比较,建立了一套利用SSR标记技术进行玉米杂交种纯度鉴定的技术规程.该操作程序简单、快速、对仪器设备要求较低,易于推广.

Abstract:In this study, 9 SSR primer pairs were screened to search for the SSR loci that are suitable for testing the purity of Denhai No.11 maize hybrid, which lack a reliable laboratory method for purity testing. A polymorphic SSR loci, phil 053, has been found that could be applied to test the purity of this hybrid. A procedure featuring inexpensive equipment and ease of use has been set up for testing maize hybrid purity using SSR marker.
