摘    要:目的]为养殖污染水体的修复提供依据。方法]在大镜山水库设置6个围隔,设2个处理(①对照组:只放养罗非鱼:②处理组:在放养罗非鱼的围隔中均匀垂挂9块人工附着基。),每处理3个围隔,围隔固定后取第1次水样,以后每隔20d取1次样,24h内测水样中的磷浓度和悬浮物含量,叶绿素a含量。结果]放养罗非鱼后,对照组总磷、颗粒态磷浓度迅速升高,并分别稳定在0.156、0.101mg/L,处理组总磷、颗粒态磷平均浓度分别为0.067、0.023mg/L;对照组悬浮物平均浓度为10.74mg/L,而处理组悬浮物浓度从开始的8.13mg/L下降到1.45mg/L;对照组和处理组叶绿素a平均浓度分别为44.87、8.83μg/L;2组溶解性总磷和反应磷浓度差异不显著。结论]人工附着基可有效去除水体中的磷。
