摘    要:大气中CO_2浓度低,是限制C_3植物光合作用的主要因素之一.用KHCO_3水溶液中的HCO_3~-做为碳源来补充CO_2的不足,研究KHCO_1对水稻幼苗光合速率和生长的影响.结果表明:KHCO_3能显著增加水稻苗幼苗光合速率和叶面积,提高叶片气孔开度指数.极显著增加叶片可溶性糖和蛋白含量,显著提高叶片中叶绿素和类胡萝卜素的含量,极显著增加幼苗地上部鲜重、干重以及根系活力.其中,KHCO_3处理水稻幼苗光合速率为23.1607μmolO_2·g~(-1)·min~(-1),比CK高2.85%,差异显著.KHCO_3处理的水稻幼苗单株地上部分干重为52.1815mg,比CK高41.31%,差异极显著.

Abstract:The low concentration of CO_2 in atmosphere is main factor restricting photosynthesis of C_3 plants. HCO_3-from KHCO_3 solution was used as a carbon source to supplement the shortage of CO_3 in this experiment.This research was to study the effects of KHCO_3 on photosynthesis rate and growth of Paddy rice seedlings. The results showed:KHCO_3 can greatly promote photosynthetic rate and stomatal conduction of leaves,significantly incease leaf area, contents of soluble sugar, protein, chlorophyll and carotenoid, plant weight and fresh accumulation and root activity of rice seedlings. The photosynthetic rate of rice seedlings treated with KHCO_3 was 23.16071μmolO_2·g~(-1)·min~(-1), increased by 2.85% compared with CK, p<0.05; the dry weight of rice seedlings treated with KHCO_3 was 52.1815 mg, increased by 41.31% compared with CK, p<0.01.
