| 摘 要： | 将放射性65Zn盐酸盐注入经高钙日粮(基础日粮添加6.7％钙)饲喂4个月的产蛋鸡嗉囊内,分别在24 h、48 h、96 h和192 h的实验终点累积计算粪尿排泄物中65Zn的放射性剂量.结果表明,日粮中钙水平的提高可使65Zn的吸收减少,排除增加.因此认为,日粮中的高钙因素对锌在鸡体内的吸收具有阻碍作用.

| Abstract: | 65Zn labelled ZnCl2 was administered into crops of laying hens that have fed on feeds containig large amount of calcium for 5 months. Then the cloaca excreta were collected at 24 h, 48h, 96h and 192h following administration and the accumulated radioactive values in them were measured by RIA. The results obtained suggested that high level of dietary calcium has obstructive effect on the absorption of zinc in laying hens. |
